Encante Skin Serum Misleading, Uncooperative, High Fees after Trial, Charges to Return Product, Internet

  They are a online company that shows all these different stars before and after using this product and says Dr. Oz backs this up which is also misleading. 

They have a trial period you only pay $5.95 for the shipping and after a month you will be charged 98 something. I realized this after placing the order so when I got the package I didnt open it. 

When I called and stated I just want to return and my money back, the guy gave me two options. If I return they were going to charge me a $10 restocking fee, when I already paid $10 + to get the product. 2nd I could wait after a month then I wont be charged anything because their wouldn't be anything to return after use. 

I asked him to send me an email stating that I wont be charged, he said he couldn't do that, I would have to take his word and that this is on a recorded line, like that was going to help me at that moment. I didnt want to call back a month later and they say they have no proof and charge me. I stated I was just going to return and he said he was going to charge me now. 

As you can see very difficult to deal with. I just called my bank to dispute charge and cancel my card for a new one.
