EnCante skin serum Secrets of the product Santa Ana California

I requested to have the Encante skin serum sample mailed to me.  The salesperson stated they would send me the sample in 5 to 7 days.  Payment was made.

Weeks later i recieved another box in the mail, with more skin serum inside.  The reciept stated they took the money out of my account.  I phoned the number on the reciept and stated to them i didn't order any other skin serum.  

The customer service representative stated his name was: Martin luther king.  He stated I signed an agreement to have more sent to me.  I instructed him i phoned and informed them the test sample gave me a rash and i could not use it.  He stated he couldn't refund my money.   

I Informed him i have not opened the product and I would like to send it back.  He stated that i could send it back but that didn't say i was going to recieve the refund.  I was given a number to put on the box when i sent it back.  Sent it back first class with tracking number.  

The next month i noticed i had a refund in my account but not for the whole amount that was taken out.   I phoned them to ask about my refund.  The customer service representative was very condensending when answering questions.   He stated they had to chrge me a restocking fee.

We had to pay for the shipping back to the company, restocking fee.  Big Ripoff.
