I replied to a free trial offer (just had to pay shipping charges) from Encante Skin Serum & Eye Cream. When these high charges appeared on my VISA account, I called and was advised since I didn't cancel this "subscription" in so many days I would be charged an ongoing amount on my VISA. I was never advised of this and could not find that on the internet offer. This is a real rip-off! Terry, Holmes, Pennslvania
