on Dec 4, I enrolled for the 14 day trial.  I called the number I had after 12 days and told them I wanted to cancel.  The gentleman was very nice and told me that if I kept the product until December 30 and wrote a review, that I would owe nothing and get to keep the product.  Of course I agreed.

On 12/21, I was charged $99.01 from the company.  When I called them they said they had no record of that conversation. 

Then I learned that they use two different phone numbers for billing, and I had just called one.  

Both products were delivered in the same address in one box.  How is a person to know this.  the phone numbers are very similar, ( 855-207-4451  and 855 207 4447 ) and unfortunately I did not check that I was billed twise.  

The second operator I spoke to was not so kind as the first one, in fact he was rude and cold.  Now I am out $99.01 for a product which does not do what was promised.
