Encante PUREY EYE CREAM 8446506014 ORPWM*PLENZFACESERUM 8552074451 PA using 2 separate phones for 2 separate products, but email is same for both under encante skin-and is 1 company. They are also not liking emails, but demand phone calls.- Both products must be cancelled separately to their respective separate phone number. looks like Oregon and Pennsylvania, no cities give Internet

Encante does not like to do cancellations by email. They must have cancellation by phone--OOPS- separate numbers for each product.

I sent a cancellation by email, as the gals on the phone are not nice, when you wish to cancel.

They cancelled 1 product only and still charged me full price later.

 Obviously I meant to cancel both, being under the impression- the email was for both-- oh-- so it is-- only 1 email address, but 2 phone numbers. They are trying to deceive people and figure on cashing in at least on one product.

People, be aware- this Company Encante is deceptive and manipulating.

 I am fighting back. I sent email , told them that is legal and I will not call.

Since they are using 1 email for both -the eye serum and the skin serum- I clearly inteded to cancel both and clearly stated that.

I have also filed a dispute for both and any and all recurring charges from Encante and assorted other names associated with these  products.
