Encante Unable to cancel products Santa Ana CA

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!   I ordered the products Anti Aging Serum and Eye cream on line for a trial period.  I called after 1 week to cancel since I didn't want the continous shipments.   The lady at customer service told me to call again on Nov 29 or 30th to cancel, said it was too early, a shipment had not been scheduled.  So I called again today to cancel and was told "You owe us $105 to get your name off the list."   I protested and told them about my call 2 weeks ago and she asked me for the name of the customer service rep and a confirmation number, which I didn't have since I stupidly trusted that CSR......     I told the CSR today that I would not pay, that I didn't want to be charged, she said she could give me a 50% discount if I paid up right now.   I cannot believe that first CSR I called 2 weeks ago lied to me and let me believe that I could cancel 2 weeks later, should have read the small print.      I guess that's how they do business, it smells alot like fraud, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.   I should have known better.
