Well it happened to us. We sent in for the reservations all criteria met and no availability. Sent in for second set of 3 choices and still no availability. Six seperate sets of choices and no availability, sounds like a rippoff to me. I think we are going to take the movie passes offered by our newspaper and be happy.

Thanks Encenta,
I called today,Monday 07/11/05, to Encenta to inform them of my displeasure w/ their Co. and to my suprise they accommodated my request for a two night stay in San Antonio,Tx. and at the time I'm visiting. Thanks again to Encenta.
