These rats nearly doubled the supply charges on my bill - from 8.6 cents to 15 cents.  This may sound like only pennies, but it means a rip-off of well over $100 dollars on my bill!  Also, to date I have not received the 7,500 American Airlines AAdvantage miles they promised.


The offer was presented as "no risk" and "if you're not completely satisfied, you can go back to your existing provider."  However the catch is, due to the two month billing cycle system, it appears I have to stay with these rats for another two months before I can switch back.
