We rented a car from Enterprise due to a accident my wife had where other party insurance was liable. When picking up the car we had to give our credit card because we did not have the accident report to file with their insurance company. After a week i called and gave them all the insurane information and they told me the insurance company was billed. i also spoke with the insurance company and they told me everything was to be billed to them. We inspected the car and waived the insurance. a few days later I was in a minor fender bender for which I admitted responsibility and went directly to the rental car place.
We received the damage report for 1700.00 which seemed very high but paid the damages because we were at fault. When we returned the damaged car we were able to get another rental. This time the place was busy and she just quickly inspected the car, myself or the enterprise agent never noticed two small dents on the top of the hood, the gas tank was also empty since they were very busy to fill this up, which I said it was not a problem, I would put the gas in it myself. After over two months of rental, My wife returned the rental to another enterprise facility since it was right next to the auto body shop where they noticed the dents, I called and spoke to someone and told them meat we never noticed them.
They sent me a bill for over 1,000.00 for two small dents and also said there was other damage to the grill, for which was never mentioned Avon returning the car. I wrote a letter and no response, then I open my credit card bill and there are two charges totaling over 2100.00 For the rental, I have ntry edited yet to contact enterprise on this matter, but will again. No one has responded to my letter Fir the first time. I owned up to my damages, but all enterprise is doing is trying to get money for damages I was not responsible for. Lesson learned, never will I rent from Enterprise again.

Finally found out the charges to our credit card were the charges from the original 1700.00 claim in Novemeber which was paid and the check was cashed. Enterprise claims a refund for some was sent out and that we should get 2 other refunds back was sent over three weeks ago, still no check in the mail and what I want to know is why my charge card was charged in January for something that was paid and settled in November.
Have disputed this with our charge card company to get it removed from our charge and have cancelled check showing they cashed the check.
Still no resolution on the damage on the second car that went unnoticed and also another charge for an extra week of rental that the insurance company should have covered.
