Envisage Skin Krasa I purchased a trial where you pay only shipping. I called and cancelled after 30 days because I could see no difference in my skin. They told me it was cancelled I then received two more shipments one month apart. 109.93 each time. I called again this am and they told me I cant ship it back and I cannot receive a credit refund. They said they cancelled this time and that I will receive paperwork within a week. I told him I can sure see why your company is receiving complaints and hung up! Internet
