Erie Insurance Homeowner Insurance Rip Off Charlotte, North Carolina

Steer clear of Erie Insurance if you want home protection from Hail damage. It seems like they don't pay claims; even when virtually every other insurance company has and will.

Almost every house on our block has had its' roof replaced from several occurances of hail damage. The only ones that haven't; yes, you guessed it are clients of Erie Insurance. I believe their "independent" adjuster was merely looking out for the Company's interest, and certainly not the policyholder.
 
I appealed their decision, and it fell on deaf ears. I have a damaged roof and interior damage from water leakage, but they don't care. We have been policy holders for a long time, but client loyalty must not mean much to them. My advise to you is to avoid them altogether.
