around aug 8th 2014 I had a theft and damage to a 2008 suntracker party cruiser 32 pontoon boat sold new for around 65000.00 very low hours on it less than 50 hours my losses is around 20000.00 it is selling on the internet for 35 to 50000.00 its November 4th 2014 today still fighting with them they don't want to go off the value of the boat they want to know what I gave for it and last owner info they don't have anything to do with it anymore me and my finance own it they went behind my back and contacted my finance trying to find out what I owe that doesn't have anything to do with it its the value and what it would cost me to buy another one my bank will loan around 50000.00 on it so the value is there I want my boat fixed I have called many times to the claims adjuster with no return phone calls from him called my insurance agent he thought this is way past time to get this done he has made many phone calls I got a letter said if I didn't furnish last owners info or cancelled check or prof f what I gave for it they was not going to pay I gave them the last owner info if I paid 500.00 to 200000.00 for it there not going to pay any more than its worth I have it insured for 50000.00 so whats there problem I didn't ask for them to steal and do damage to my stuff all I get is there investigating it called eries corporate office they don't want to hear anything about it they gave me 2 supervisers numbers in Knoxville one called me back an acted like he couldn't help he said he would get his boss to call me he acted the same way he was suppost to call me back Monday nov 3rd didn't have no phone call only thing he did tell me that they didn't have a police report then I said yes you do I took it to my agent they sent it in with my claim while I was there then he said oh we just got it and wanted to argue that I just sent it in I guess I will have to get a lawer to sue them to get my boat fixed aparntly not even the corporate office is interested in anything but pay me the money that's ok just don't let me have to pay your claim I have 2 boats my truck and my house insured with them I think they should be some laws to help us the consumer I will update latter boone lake is on a emergency draw down due to a sink hole at the dams base and I just winterized it so I don't even think I can get it out now to have it fixed already lost 4 months with it probably will miss the summer or most of it to get it fixed this has been very very very poor insurance to this point
