I have received several emails from Darrell Franklin claiming he is with the legislation department with Esper Law Firm, and that a court case is pending and I could go to jail. There is no phone # and the email doesn't look like it came from a legitimate law firm. Seeing all the other complaints and that I just received another email this morning, it seems this person has been doing this for a while. All parties involved need to be caught and prosecuted.
