Esper Law Firm Rodolfo Salazar Threatening to sue me but won't provide any direct contact info Los Angeles California

A week or two ago, Rodolfo Salazar contacted me via a free Outlook.com e-mail address to threaten I would be sued, wages garnished, and etc.  He provided some personal information, a very old address, and claimed I owed ~$1300 to resolve the debt with "Quick Payday".  While I did at one time take out payday loans, I didn't take any out for the dollar amount reported, nor with the company reported.

I decided to get some back and forth going after reporting this scam to the Outlook.com abuse team so they would have better evidence against him to ban the e-mail address.  Each reply from Rodolfo got less and less professional, his English turned out to be very bad when it came down to anything which wasn't a scripted response.

I advised him that with adequate proof of the debt and a contact phone number, I would be happy to to resolve any outstanding debt.  I requested a contact number many, many times.  Each time they refused.  Finally, I got an address, but no phone number yet.  Finally, he stated the case was filed with my county courthouse.  I contacted the courthouse and attorney general, who state no such case is on the docket.
