I received an email from EsperLaw.Warren for a company called Quick Payday. The email stated that if I did not respond, they would sue me and subpoena my employer. It went on to say that if my employer were to be subpoenaed, it would result in termination of my job as well as my wages would be garnished. I am concerned that this individual/organization have all of my personal information.
