Esper law Firm Antonio Sears - Legislation department They keep emailing me telling me they are filing a lawsuit and taking everything - no phone number or any letterhead to see who they are. I have tried to email back and they don't responde. Indianapolis Indiana

I am afraid that these people are targering me. They email me stating they are filing a case but its never on letter head.

I get calls (Automated) with no call back - 

It is always different names - they don't give me any information about the case to help. I don't remember ever doing this - while I do get loans I pay them back. Why are they not willing to help get answers 

They also sent me an email to apprear in court with 2 different emails which end in a gmail  and  other things.
