On 6/04/16 I ordered a free trial of “skinny garcinia” which I authorized them to charge my credit card $5.95 for shipping and handling.
I never saw a contract or subscription on the order page.
They sent me a confirmation of my order by email on 6/06/16 and said the supplement would be shipped the day after I placed my order.
I forgot about it until I received an email on 6/19/16, that my order had been shipped.  In the background of the email in very light writing it said this, “ If you choose to sign up for our Trial Membership Program, you will be sent a thirty (30) day supply of the product chosen via USPS Mail and will be charged only $5.95 for shipping and handling plus applicable sales tax
We ship the product the day after you place your order (except that orders placed Saturday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday). You will have 10 days plus 4 days shipping from your original order date to see if the product is right for you. If you are unhappy with the product at any time during those 14 days, you must call us at [corporatePhone] and cancel your order to avoid being billed for the full cost of the product. If you are satisfied with our product, then do nothing-we will bill you $92.95  plus applicable sales tax for your initial order , and every thirty days thereafter we will send you a new 30-day supply of our product, and automatically bill you the low price $92.95 $5.95 shipping plus applicable sales tax  for 12 auto recurring billing subscriptions. To cancel automatic delivery and billing , call us at (855) 643-3737 or email us during normal business hours”

I didn’t receive the product until 6/23/16.
I called them to cancel subscription and cancel trial. They said it has already been 14 days from date ordered 06/04, so they charged me the balance which was supposed to be $92.00 but they charged my card $101.00. They didn’t mail the product until 06/20/16.  I told them I didn’t even receive the product until 06/23 so how could I possibly have tried it if I hadn’t received it. They had already charged my card for keeping the product more than 14 days on 06/21/16 before they even mailed it to me. They kept me on the phone for 25 mins and were so rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was just as rude and when I got upset he laughed at me. When I asked are you going to credit me or not yes or no he said NO They are still charging me.  I hung up on them.
This is a SCAM! BEWARE!
