Essential Beauty & Health Now Charged me for products I had Cancelled - and they sent anyway and would NOT Refund me!! San Diego California

I had ordered a Free Trial of the Skinny Pill and they sent another supplement with it.  I had called prior to the expiration date for the Free Trial and they Charged me for the supplement they sent.  I called back 4 times to talk to someone who I could understand and they still could not help me.  I asked to speak to a supervisor and each time (3X's) I was told they were either in a meeting, on another line, or not in the office - all in a matter of 15 minutes.  I was "hung-up" on after waiting patiently for 30 minutes trying to get this whole mess cleared up.  I was PROMISED on the last phone call I woul be refunded and I still was not a week later.  I called again and spoke to the SAME person who tried to help the first time with still no results!!  I finally got "Pissed" said I would'nt waste my time on their products or web site any more!!  I have learned my lesson!!  I gave up about the refund but I will let anyone know who will listen NOT to purchase from this company or web site!!!!
