Executive Timeshare Marketing Inc Another Timeshare Scam Tamarac Florida

I got a phone call from Paul Hayes concerning my timeshare. He wanted to know if I was interested in selling it and I told him yes, but that I don't want to get screwed over again dealing with companies like his. He claimed that they were different. That the owner was a former cop who was tired of people who were getting rid of timeshare. He wanted $988 to sell the timeshare. I told him no he agreed to take half up front and the rest after the sale.

Needless to say the company did nothing. Never returned any phone calls. Now they are out of business.

Another company contacted me and I told them about this scam. They checked out the State License # TC 3230. That number belongs to REM (Resort Equity Marketing). Paul Hayes claims his license # is TP 10400. I would beware if you are contacted by REM or Paul Hayes.
