Executive Timeshare Marketing Inc they take your money and do nothing they promised to do in return Tamarac Florida

I saw an ad on TV for a company that sells Timeshares and I called. Executive Timeshare Marketing promised to sell my timeshare in 90 days, promised to get me multiple offers and promised to aggressively market and advertise my timeshare.

After paying $698.00 to them I noticed my timeshare wasn't even on their web site. After many calls to them and no return calls I became a little suspicious. I finally spoke to a woman who promised she would get my timeshare on the web site and she did after about a week and a half went by. It was listed in- correctly so after multiple attempts to call and e-mail I finally sent them a letter and it is still not corrected and I have still not received any call backs.

I am still suspicious because all you can do when calling customer service is leave a message and no-one calls you back. Customer Service has not replied to my letter. What kind of business has a customer service dept that does not reply at all. The sales person I was involved with initially told me he was a FL licensed realtor. I can not find his name listed with the FL board of realtors.

I feel this company took my money did nothing and now no-one is even there to speak with. day after day all you get is leave a message or some-one will call you back and no-one does.

Don't let the same thing happen to you. I encourage anyone that had the same experience to file reports with the better business bureau and the attorney generals office so we can stop this scam.
