Executive Timeshare Marketing Paid $999.00 fee for timeshare condo to be sold Jan.2009. Never heard from them again and all telephone numbers for contact have been cancelled Tamarac Florida

A contract was signed and $999.00 paid to market time share condo. No response from ExecutiveTime share Marketing and all telephone numbers from correspondence and web site have been cancelled. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM. They have done nothing to earn $999.00 and currently it appears that ETS Mktg is a SCAM!. I welcome any way to contact them with the intention of getting my $999 back. How can elderly people be protected from FRAUDSTERS?
