Company claims:

"BEWARE OF BROKERS: There are companies that contact you to provide you with a price, and they are not the actual moving company, they are brokers. These companies, schedule moves by taking 30% deposit off the estimate and give the job to an actual moving. You will have no idea as to which company is doing the move until, you schedule. No way to check out the companies record before hand. Now the 30% deposit, the broker keeps for himself even though the price that he gives is so competitive with the other mover. The actual movers must apply additional charges to make the move worth doing and the customers end up paying more than expected.

I didn't ask for that but it isn't true. The people who picked up my belongings were a separate company, as were the delivery crew. Both had to add on additional money to get paid (they said). Company is rude and evasive once they get their initial deposit and movers are totally incompetent and unprofessional.

The major problem, however, is that they caused unbelievable damage to my belongings. Boxes crushed (especially the ones of fragile items that I packed my self on their advice and that they refused to cover), furniture destroyed or lost, books wet, torn and crushed. Irreplaceable art work destroyed. Thousands of dollars in damage. After hounding Expedient and their claims company (Claims Adjusting Firm, 135 Weston Rd. Suite 184, Weston, FL 33326) who are equally slippery and incompetent they offered me a settlement of $145.

They had a clean on-line record when I contracted them but now have a long list of complaints. Apparently they changed their name from All Victory recently.
