Moved from GA to MA. I needed someone in short amount of time, hired other mover and they sublet my move out to Expediant.
All of my frangile boxes were crushed and all fragile merchandise was broken or damaged. They didn't deliver all of my things and charged me an out ragess amount of miney to dinished to move.
They kept my things in NY for over two weeks, while they demanded the balance of moving costs "before" they would finish delivery of goods. My most treasured items were stolen and damaged by this company and i am "very" unhappy.
They "refuse" to speak with me regarding this matter and told me basically that they "refuse" to look for the "missing" items and they would not pay for the items either. I very violated that my most treasured items are gone and I cannot replace them.
There are no words to describe how I feel other than "heartbroken".
