I sent a deposit of 300.00 to Express Auto Transport on September 25 to transport a motorcycle from Tennessee to Arizona. This company offers to pick up your motorcycle within 1 day up to 10 days. They never picked up the motorcycle. When I asked for a refund 15 days later) they said, OK, we will refund your money within 10 business days. Today is October 27 and I have not received my refund yet. Besides, the company accounting department never answers the phone. While customer service does answer, they just transfer your call to the accounting departments voice mail. I have left several voice mails and nobody has ever called me back.
