Express Consolidation ripoff DelRay Beach Florida

Joined company to pay off credit cards in Dec. of 2001. this is April of 2003 and now I owe more and the payment that I was first quoted has now gone up. After many contacts to them, they still haven't gotten a proper proposal to a couple of the cards.

The result being the interest has ski rocketed and now there are over limit fees and harassing calls and I actually owe a lot more now then when I started with them.

I even had them in a 3 way call to the credit card and they assured me that it would be taken care of. Again no results. And now the minimum payment due is 1,188.98 yet I have made my payment every month to them. They said they would have the cards paid off in 4 years, yet the cards are going up not down.

The original amount that they agreed for me to pay is now gone up to cover the more that is owed to this card which shouldn't of been my responsibility because I had been paying them.
