I was trying to use this company for a loan modification to help save my home.  I made arrangements with Richie Gates on payments to the company.  I sent them 500.00 at first to make sure that I was not scammed.  The company did nothing for me.  I contacted my mortgage company and no one had contacted them.  My mortgage company was never contacted until the day before my sale date.  Which means it was to late.  They were aspose to have been working on this for a month already.  Needless to say at 3:00 pm the day before my sale date I had to file bankruptcy to save my home.  At the beginning of everything I was told by Mr. Gates that if they were not able to satisfy me I would get a refund.  He stated word of mouth was more important.  I have sent several emails and have recieved no reponse.  I want to know why my 500.00 has not been refunded to me. It has been almost a month now.  I would not recommend this company to anyone since they do not stand by their word.  If I would have recieved my refund then I would of recommened them to people that they might have been able to help but I believe my case had already gone to far legally prior to me contacting them.  I just want my money back.
