EXPRESS HOME SOLUTIONS The company took $2000.00 frm us and kept our money and did not help us with our modification with Citi Mortgage. So now we are out of about $2000. GARDEN CITY, New York

I contacted Express Home Solutions for help in a modification with Citi Mortgage to help out so that they would not forclose on our home back in 2010, I filled the paperwork that was sent to us to complete with all of our legal documents to Express Home Solutions with a certified check for about $2000.00 to get started with the loan modifications. Well I did not get a good results from the company to support us with Citi Mortgage.  I spoke with several employees with the company and made a complaint and asked for our money back becasue Citi Mortgage told us that this company could not assists us with the modification because they were just a third party spokesperson and nothing us.  I spoke with a gentlemen name Jason Taylor for advise on how to get our money back and he stated we could not get a refund.  Is there anyone that can help us get our money back?  The company did not assist us at all with are modification and we lost our home.
