You are providing nothing by posting this. Anyone can look up this information. It is not illegal to do business in a different state than you are incorporated. Since you have so much time on your hands, you should look up the laws of incorporation and tell me where it says this is illegal!! It is also not against the law to have more than one business mailing address. Honestly, if you have SO many questions, why don't you just call our 800 number listed on the website? Our number hasn't changed. Before you make accusations against Marcio about sending money to Brazil, you better have proof. Your assumption is absurd! Are you discriminating against him because he is from Brazil? I think you had better be careful about what you are posting here.
