I requested what I thought was a sample from Dazzle White (just pay shipping) but they charged about $60 to my credit card.  I then began to receive bulk sex emails and spam from Africa (lottery winner - yeah right!).  Then I got another charge to my credit card for about $7. Here are the numbers to call: WHITESMILE 888-227-2950.  For the EZYKIT call this #866-417-6059.  I stated to them that I was contacting the FBI, the FCC and (in Canada) the RCMP and CRTC for fraud.  Almost immediately I received refund emails.  Now I just have to wait for the refund.  BTW dispute the charges with your financial institution and cancel/replace your card ASAP.
