I have had several chats with their chat people and have had my information "supposedly" removed from their system at least 3 times now. Yet, each month, I would look in my bank acct and find a small sum of money charged to it and removed for EZYKIT.
I found out recently that when you sign up for the Dazzle Brite "Trial" that, even if you uncheck the boxes to receive the weight loss e-books, that they still sign you up - another "supposedly" free product.
I never received the Dazzle Brite Product or the e-books because I canceled both after I went back and read their TOS.  They covered their butts very well with their Terms of Service, that's why, on the same day I ordered it, or maybe the day after, I canceled the shipment, the trial, etc.
I thought I had canceled everything and if you think you did, then forget it you didn't.
I went back to their "chat" and threatened then with the BBB and they told me to go to this site: http://www.weightlossebookmembership.com
Username: VIP
Password: Slim

and you would have to cancel with them because they were the ones charging the money each month for their weight loss e-books.
However, if you go to the Dazzle Brite people and hassle them enough and threaten them with BBB, they will Finally cancel your subscription with the weight loss program.
I would still keep an eye on your acct next month - they won't refund this month, but keep at it and demand that they remove all your info, especially CC info from their computers.
I'll update everyone next month.

If there was some confusion about your subscription, we honestly didn't mean to inconvenience you in any way.  Our goal is not to inconvenience our customers .The terms and conditions of our offer are very visible on the order page, they are stated on the order page where you confirm your order, located directly to the top of where your credit card information was entered. There is also a link at the top of the home page that opens up the terms and conditions in a separate window. Customer service is our number one priority and we do everything we can to be open with all of our customers. Of course, mistakes can be made; and if you were not aware of our terms and conditions in our site.
