Factory Direct Installations Took a $4600.00 down payment check, cashed it, provided no service, did not return money as promised. Metarie, and Stafford Texas, Louisiana

Ripped off of down payment money: $4670.07 in June 2009 after attempting  to get repairs for roof damage after Hurricane Ike. Factory Direct Installations Salesman Rudy Stearnes recieved the check, after giving a presentation, in front of 3 other persons, cashed it at my Wells Fargo bank, then told me the credit was not sufficient to get the roof done I asked for money to be refunded. I spoke with Factory direct installations representatives by phone, referred to them selves with a name beginning with initals, such as CJ,  or something like that, said money would be refunded, never was, this company provided no service to me but cashed the money. I've never recieved any compensation from them, although I wrote them over the internet, at various sites, such as a mid west location, other family members talked to them also, all female! to no avail.  I even wrote the Attourney General of the state of Texas after going to the Stafford Texas location, it was closed.  It is still raining in my home, and I have lost it to foreclosure because of increasing mortgage rates, because I could never afford  to get the roof fixed,the mortgage company took money from the escrow yearly to get insurance for the property. Worked hard in Texas to buy home as Nurse only to end up homeless because could not get money returned to replace roof after Natural disaster Houston area,Nurse to Neighbors after Katrina!
