I am also having trouble with fairbanks, they are saying I am 4 months behind I have lived in this house forv12 yrs and now they are foreclosing on me I have all of my reciepts but somehow I am 4 mths behind, If anyone can write me and let me know if there is soeone out there to help me refinance or something please help .there should be a law for companys like this one how do these people sleep at night.

Victoria ,I too was a pawn of Fairbanks Capital but unlike most when we tried to refinance we were lucky enough to get routed to a wonderful lady from Motion Financial in Cincinnati,Ohio.

She was able to remove the foreclosure from our records and get us refinanced with another company. Fairbnks was refusing to remove the foreclosure on our credit report but,we had our foreclosure dismissed without predjudice so they had to take it off.Her name is Ellyn Grober and she will work relentlessly to help you .
