fairbanks capital bought my mortgage sometime in 2002. never have heard one word from them. keep sending (they say) my mail to wrong address. have not sent my 10** showing my interest payments--can't file my income tax. calling their telephone number gets you the collections department...want you to make payment over the phone...with a $15 dollar fee! they can't help.
