We have been trying to get a reservation with fairfield for over 2 1/2 yrs now and with no success. We have been with them for over 5yrs now not by choice by the way. We hit some bad times the last 1 1/2 yrs and are now trying to get back on our feet. But during the times we were up to date we have been lied to many times of how we couldnt reserve a place due to its full or not available. Over the last 4yrs now we have lost 420,000 points and still had to pay our maintenance fees for no usage what so ever. Also during the beggining we paid off our deed but since we are behind we are now in forclosure until we pay our past due maintenance fees which we have yet to still use our points for. THIS SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jose - You must be kidding me. What do you mean you had no choice? Did they force you to buy? I do feel for you in terms for your hardship, but is that the fault of Fairfield? I am sorry, but if you have not paid your maintenance fee then you should not be able to get a reservation. I as an owner would be very upset if I knew the company was allowing you to use your points. I say kudos to Fairfield!!

You not paying makes it hard on us that do. I suggest you look at yourself first before you blame your whoas on others. I hope that you eventually catch up on your payments and are able to use your points. And when you do, plan ahead. Doing that you should be able to get the reservation you are looking for. You wait too long and you end up either not using them or you end up going somewhere that you might not want. That happened to me the first couple of years of ownership.
