Fairfield Resort Ripoff THEY WILL TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANNA HEAR Orlando Florida

I bought a trial package in June 05 during my honeymoon, i told them we probably would not be able to use it for a year or 2. they said its ok no problem. ( YOU CAN CANCEL ANYTIME) wich is a lie, I later found out i only had 10 days. they also told me that if i paid a small fee i can carry the package over for a third year, in case i didnt have time to use it. well little did i know my wife got pregnant, and we were unable to use it . so i called 9 months ago and made aware of the situation. they stated i had to use all my points by dec 07 or i will loose my points and my money.(AS OF RIGHT NOW I HAVE NOT USED ANYTHING)but they also said call before the end of the year and pay a small fee so you can carry it over for 08.

well i called again in june and spoke to someone who said oh call again by sept and we will extend it for you for no fee with no problem. again i called this past september when a supervisor said there was no such thing Bs carrying it over to 2008. i stated i was willing to pay a fee if i had too , i also told her the dates and names of the people i spoke to and gave me the information. she did not apologize but said I WILL DO YOU A FAVOR and give you until may to use it.i said but i cant go in may i started a new job and wont get vacations until aug 08 ,wich i had also mention to the rep in june.she stated either use it or you will loose your money.

YOU TELL ME WHAT YOU MAKE OF THIS. when from the begining i have been told what i wanted to hear , just so that at the end i saw the real thruth behind fairfield resort and their methods of getting a sale at any cost.
