Fairfield Resort Sales Trainer ripoff Should be called UN- FAIRFIELD RESORTS Springfield Missouri

This is for all the people who think at Fairfield YOUR GOING TO MAKE ALOT OF MONEY AND HAVE ALOT OF FUN TOO!!!!!!! I was hired to start a training class on 09-25-06 for 10 days, Everyone in the class knew you had to pass all tests given with scores higher than 70 percent, and I did. Iwant you to know it was a hard 4 days, as the trainer took a dislike for me, my voice, hair ,personality ???? I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT IT WAS.YES I THINK I DO KNOW, SHE SHOWED RESPECT TO THOSE WHO SHE THOUGHT WAS THE SMARTEST!! Does that mean they can sell????? Theres alot of smart people out there who have tried to sell and couldn't. Many times , the trainer said and did things that I certainly didn't agree with, BUT yes I know that BUT is a filler word this is for you trainer BUT,BUT,BUT!!!!!it was her class so I showed respect for her. She would show a film about treating people with respect, as to not make fun of them in the work place and than turn around and speak about some lady on the sales floor that just had to be on prozac because she was tapping her dialer alot.

This sales trainer thinks so much of herself that now she has the ability to decide after 3 phone calls and not even out of training I can not sell!!! SOUNDS LIKE SHE'S A FORTUNE TELLER HUH??? Anyway I asked to see the sales manager, which is her boss and she respects what the trainer thinks so need I say they we're not willing to work with me and told me I WAS FIRED!!!!! HOW UN FAIR IS THAT?? THIS PLACE HAS A NICK NAME AT OUR HOUSE,WE CALL IT UNFAIRFIELD RESORTS! I will be better off working for a company who treats people fair and thats not them.
