Family Readers Service They charged my credit card without my approval and when I told them I didnt order the magazines they agreed to take me off the mailng list. They sent me to a collection agency and threatened me with voice recording. Elyria Ohio

One day I recieved a bill from family readers service saying that I had bought magazines from them. They had charged my credit card and I did not authorize this charge. I called them and told them that I did not order the magazines and told them I didnt authorize the charge. They played a voice recording for me and made me listen to it. They asked me if the recording was me and I told it wasnt and that I didnt recognize the voice. They had agreed to take me off the mailing list. I called my credit card company and they stopped the payments to Family Readers Service. The magazine kept sending me bills, but no magazines. I tried calling them several times more and each time they told me they had taken me off the mailing list. Now a collection agency calls me 15-20 times a day telling me that I owe family readers service $700.00 for magazines I never ordered or recieved. I am very upset that they are doing this. The company is a rip off and I dont want my credit to be ruined from a use I never authorized.
