FanShack Extremely Non-responsive; Excessively long delivery; Incomplete Shipment Miami Florida

Ordered $800+ fan online. Took seven weeks for the fan to arrive, though not all of it. Packaging was extremely poor - basically just one big box that they tossed all the different parts in. Downrod and remote control were missing. After numerous faxes, emails, and voicemail messages, they said I shoud look in the box, that their "little sheet" checked off that everything was in the box.

They then tried to blame it on UPS. All of this is emails as they REFUSE to call you, or TAKE your call. They also twice emailed me asking for credit card, though it was given to them previously - very disorganized group. And they used two different order numbers for the same order. I wish I had seen this site before I ordered...obviously, I would have avoided this place like the plague.
