Fanshack charged credit card on an order we cancelled! Miami Florida

We have had an almost identical experience to one of the other people reporting about Fanshack.com. I checked today and their web site still exists so I felt I needed to warn others. This company is in bankruptcy.

We order 3 fans from Fanshack. I called to check on the order and they were back ordered for another month or two. I canceled our order since we needed the fans right away. On our next credit card statement we were charged for the three fans even though this was a canceled order and we had never received merchandise from Fanshack.

We have tried to reach Fanshack by phone at the time of the transaction with no response. Recently we had received information from the law firm handling the bankruptcy case and we are working with our credit card company to try to get this charge removed.

We are very disappointed with this company and are skeptical about ever seeing our money again.
