Thought I got a great price to pack and move my whole house. What a joke. When the movers arrived on 8-21-08 and started packing up my house, I could see they weren't very experienced.

Before I start with that, they were also 3 hours late. They were putting things in boxes that were breakable without wrapping them and just throwing things in boxes. They would put so much paper in them it added more weight.They put packing tape against a foam memory foam bed topper and ruined it. they were very careless with my possissions.

I had to leave my belongings in their storage for 3 months due to some unforeseen circumstances and they charged me 300.00 dollars for each month.

Day of delivery on 12-13-08 I was shocked. They tried to charge me an extra 100.00. My stuff was never weighed but they would not release my belongings until I paid cash up front.

When they were unloading my things, I noticed some of the boxes had been opened. I confronted the driver (sean) and he replied were only the delivery people. I had empty boxes, I have missing boxes lots of missing items and lots of damaged items. When I told the delivery people that, they said file a claim.

Then he wanted me to sign a revised estimate and I refused to without him writing what I was charged and what I paid and then I made him sign it and give me a copy.

I lost things I could never replace such as records I had been collecting for years. They ruined an 1800 antique table among other things.

Please, someone do something about this company. They are a very big rip off
