FCNB / FIRST CONSUMERS NATIONAL BANK ripoff victimized many consumers Beaverton Oregon

My account was turned over to Alliance One, these people are one of the rudest group of people there are they are degrading and also name caller. After much conversation they offered me a settlement on my account which I accepted and paid in full. I have the cancelled check, this was done on 10/15/02. Alliance told me that once the check cleared that they would send a letter. What I received was additional billing from Spiegel with late charges adding up.

I called Alliance One and told them the man there told me not to worry about it that it takes time to go through the system. Well it is not July 2003, and still receiving bills with interest and late charges added up. Alliance One states that they did accept the payment and it was sent to FCNB. But the FCNB pulled everything from them and that there is nothing they can do, that they no longer do bussiness with First Consumers National Bank.

They only have my name, this I do not believe as everyone knows they keep records of everything that you talk to them about. I believe that FCNB turned it over to them and that they should also be held responsible. This what they tell you when you wanted to make check payable to FCNB, that they now own the account. Both of these companies are ripoffs. There should be something that can be done about them. They made the offer, and agreement by accepting the check.
