I say, let's get busy and file a CLASS ACTION suit against these thieves! I didn't receive my monthly statement, called them and they said I changed my address!

I told them I never called to change my address and they ARGUED with me! So, they tried to charge me a late fee and I said like HELL! Now, I can't get anyone on the phone because I cut up the card years ago and now you have to know your account # to get anyone on the phone! Their 800 phone number is NOT LISTED, nor is the regular phone number. I've been waiting for my statement (it's two weeks late), it took them 3 weeks to process last months payment (the one before that I stopped payment on if after 2 weeks)...I'VE HAD IT! Let's get a class action going!!????
