FCNB-FIRST CONSUMERS NATIONAL BANK ripoff made charges to my account outlandish ripoff late fee ripped off and scammed Portland Oregon

I wannna know why was i charged a renewal membership fee and then 1 month later was told my account was closed cause they're no longer doing business with visa and mastercard...

i think we should at least get our money back for that or least have it credited to our outstanding balances. i would also like to know if the bill is atleast post marked a few days before the due date then they shouldnty charge us a lte fee...sometimes its not our fault the post office is slow.i would like to see fcnb straighten up their act and reimburse us for late fees that werent necessary cause of slow post office or cause they didnt process it til the next day when it woulda been late.
