First Consumers National Bank deceptive company fraudulent ripoff late fees Portland Oregon

I have also been a victim of FCNB. I have been paying by phone over the last couple of months, but got tired of paying the fee. This month I decided to pay by mail and sent my payment on 06-20-03.

The check has still not cleared my bank, and when I called the new long distance phone# I found that they have my account as delinquent. I am at a loss of what to do to make sure that this does not happen again. I would like to be included in any action.
