Recieved a call from 1-936-562-3651 (Texas) and was told I qualify for a government grant in which they would mail me a check after verifying a few details. They already had my name, phone number, address, date of birth, & e-mail address.

I was transferred to a second person who told me all I had to do was give them my address in order for them to send my check. After doing so i was transferred to a third party who asked highest grade completed whether I was going to college and then told me they were sorry but I do not qualify for this government grant.

I have tried calling the Better Business Bereau in Texas with no response.

Has anyone else had their identity stolen in thjis way before?
