Federal Loan Modification Law Center They lost my file, I have asked for refund I still have not received,have called and called no answer Los Angeles, California

When I first signed up to use FLM Law Center they were very nice and always willing to talk to me and so fourth. Well, after about 3 months of me not receiving anything from them I started to get nervous and I was calling trying to get a person's name as to who was going to be the person in charge of my file. Low and behold I find out that they lost all of my paper work that was sent to them and no one can find it. Later that week I get a phone call in regards to them finding my paper work and that they will be on top of my case and let me know everything on a weekly base. I never heard from them until about Good Friday when finally a person who mentions to be my case manager is now willing to help me out and so fourth. I was so fustrated with the whole ordeal that I basically asked him to give me the information of the person I needed to get ahold of and but they had no answer. I have every email that was sent to me from them and me to them and if anyone is interested to see what type of company they are by goodness gracious those emails will tell you.
