Federal Loan Modification Very unprofessional loan company that takes people money and does not refund. This company cannot be reached during any bussiness hours. Irvine California

I was in contact with Fed Mod 1 in March. The agent Sarah Khan stated that it would be 1450 and I thought $14.50 as possibly an application fee so I authorized them to take the it out my account. When I found out it was $1450.00 I was very upset and asked for a refund I wasthen directed to a senior director in which I cannot recall his name. I then was directed to several other departments and I was refunded $750.00 within 2 hours the same day. I made the request and was informed that if I fill out a addtional form I will be refunded the other $750.00 45 to 60 days. I never recieved the additional refund and have not been able to reach anyone since March. I tried everyday and no one answers the line. Here is the email I was sent

The refund process is about 45-60 days, but the sooner we get your release form back, the sooner we can start the process for you. I have down that your refund amount is $750.
