FEIT ELECTRIC 23W 120V 60HZ bulb started on fire at the foot of my basement stairs, was in socket for several years; only on when going down to basemet; limited usage. If I wasn't in the basement it could have cause my house to burn (down). Wrote letter to company and will also file a report with government agency handling that matter. Jolly, Michigan
