Festiva Resorts Crooks, Thieves, Liars, High pressure sales operations with no conscience for the truth Branson Missouri

In october of 2007 we purchased a vacation time share package from Festiva Resorts in Branson, Missouri. We were told we would have 1 free week every other year at Stormy Point village. Strange as it may seem we also have to pay a maintenance fee in excess of $400.00 every other year. Free I don't think so.

Along with the time share came a vacation planning service from Festiva resorts. This was where the hard sell came in. Cheap vacations for us and our kids, and our grand kids. We were informed that we would be able to use our platnium VIP membership to make highly discounted trips all over the world with automatic upgrades and amenities. All we had to do was show the hotel our VIP card. We have as of this date never received a VIP card. When we called and ask about the card they didn't seem to know what we were talking about. As for the discounts this was more lies. I priced a trip to Cancune Mexico from Festiva, and Travelocity, Same flight, hotel, and amenities, it was also the exact same price.

Festiva's sales people are very slick with the smoke and mirror tactics, they have an answer for every problem you have with their program, though most of what they are telling you is lies and half truths. Buyers be ware of the slick con artists called Festiva Resorts. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to sell a package.
