Why doesn't a company like this give you complete information for their renewal service for their products?  I got an email stating automatic renewal of one of their "products" - monthly credit score reporting would renew in a few weeks and it guided me to click thru to the site.

The click thru takes you to a payment page for your credit card that does not tell you what you are buying either by product or amount. I called the toll free # and asked the person at the other end to tell me how much is this service and why don't you want your customers to review it first? Of course, she was defensive.

$149 for one year for of monthly reporting. I said no thanks and why do you keep the info so stealth? Even when you click thru to the My Products page, nothing is there to show what you are buying. I don't see what a consumer-oriented company would not be ethical with showing the consumer what they are buying. Am I wrong? I get that it's a for-profit business, but here's a consumer that just dropped them for these practices. Someone send this to the CEO and see if he has anything to say.
